Snow Days

“The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry.” Isaiah 55:10

I’ve been fortunate enough to have the week off work due to weather & road conditions. In my case, not only is the snow nourishing the ground, it’s also allowing me some much-needed slower-paced days. So many people are focused on new year’s resolutions and getting everything done before spring comes along…but why? Winter is the perfect time to slow down, like most every living creature.

Wherever you are, I hope you can take some time to slow down a bit. The things will get done eventually.
